This is a combination class that includes body weight strength and range of motion, with balance and stretching.  Great for beginners.  8 weeks in duration started Jan 8.

Very gentle movements, increasing sleep, range of motion, includes energy medicine routine to increase health, decreasing a number of things such as stress, brain fog, blood pressure and disease.  10 week duration-supported by Town of Hampton. 

No school-age children. Preschoolers must be accompanied by an adult 18+. Helmets must be worn by all skaters regardless of age or ability.

Under 13 must be accompanied by a guardian 16 or over. They may be a spectator in the bleachers. Helmets must be worn by all skaters regardless of age or ability.
