Public Notice: Upcoming Upgrades to Pickwaucket Road
Hampton is preparing to begin important infrastructure improvements on Pickwauket Road through the Provincial-Municipal Highway Partnership Program. Through a cost-sharing partnership, the majority of the project's funding will come from the province, and Hampton's contribution will be funded through the Canada Community Building Fund.
This project is tentatively scheduled to begin the week of August 3rd.

Hampton Planning Engineering and Development Department has received a conditional use development application from the owner of 496 Main Street, Hampton, NB seeking to permit the development of a service station, drive-thru fast-food restaurant, and licensed liquor retail outlet.
The Planning Advisory Committee (PAC) intends to hold a public meeting to consider the PAC application on Tuesday, October 27th, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.
