Hampton Community Centre

The Hampton Community centre is home to the arena, outdoor heated pool, and a small baseball field. The Leisure Services Office is located in the upper level of the building. There are also Community Organizations that work out of the Community Centre.

Whether you enjoy hockey, speed skating, figure skating, public skates, ball hockey, swimming, or T-ball, the Community Centre is where it all happens!

Week of Events

The Hampton Community Pool offers a variety of Aquatics Programs fir people of all ages. We have recently converted to the Lifesaving Society program for our swim lessons as well as our lifeguard and swim instructor training opportunities.

Registration opens at 9:00 am on May 2nd, 2023, for all residents of Hampton and at 9:00 am for May 9th for everyone else.

Session 1: June 26 – July 14, 2023
Session 2: July 17 – August 4, 2023 
Session 3: August 8 – August 25, 2023
Thursday Classes: June 29 – August 24, 2023
Saturday Classes: June 24 – August 26 2023
(No classes on Canada Day or New Brunswick Day)

Aquatics:
Parent & Tot: Program for children 4 months to 3 years of age. Cost $60.
Preschool: Program for children 3 to 5 years of age. Cost $60.
Swimmer: Program for children 5 years of age and older. Cost $60.
Patrol: Program for children 8 to 15 years of age and older. Cost $60.
Adult: Program for adults 18 years of age and older. Cost $70.

Speciality Programs:
Swim Adapted: For any swimmer with physical or cognitive disabilities. Cost $60.
Artistic Swimming: Swimmer 4 or equivalent in swimming skills is recommended. Cost $60.
Swim Team: Swimmers must be able to swim 25m in deep water. Cost $65.
Bronze Medallion: Must be a minimum of 13 years of age or have Bronze Star certification. Contact Leisure Services Office for details.
Bronze Cross: Must have Bronze Medallion certification and either Emergency First Aid or Workplace Standard First Aid training from a New Brunswick government approved agency. Contact Leisure Services for details.
National Lifeguarding Certification: Must be a minimum of 15 years of age, have Bronze Cross certification and Workplace Standard First Aid and CPR training from a New Brunswick government approved agency. Contact Leisure Services for details.
Swim Instructor Certification: Must be a minimum of 15 years of age or have Bronze Cross certification. Contact Leisure Services for details.

Family Pass: $182 (taxes included)
Individual Pass (14+): $77 (taxes included)
Individual Pass (13 & Under): $65 (taxes included)

Mon-Fri: 2:30 – 5:00 pm & 5:30 – 7:00 pm
Sat-Sun: 12:30 – 2:30 pm

Family Swim:
Sat-Sun: 3:00 – 5:00 pm

Senior (50+) Swim:
Mon-Fri: 12:00 – 1:00 pm

Aqua Fitness:

The pool is available for rentals weekdays after 9:00 pm, as well as on the weekends before and after regular pool programming. Rental fees are due at the time of booking. Contact Leisure Services at 506-832-6102 for more information.

30 Swimmers or less: $68 (taxes included)
31-50 Swimmers: $90 (taxes included)
51-70 Swimmers: $115 (taxes included)
71-90 Swimmers: $143 (taxes included)

Skate patrons 12 years and younger must be actively supervised by a responsible person 14 years of age or older.

All Skaters must wear a CSA certified helmet. Skates are required to be worn by all patrons while on the ice surface.

Free Skates are leisure opportunities and not intended for training such as hockey, figure skating, drills and timing.
