The winding river channel meanders through wetlands as we traverse Hampton Marsh. Pickwauket Mountain makes a serene background. At anchor here while the sun set, we’ve watched muskrats groom each other, a curious beaver inspect the boat and a great blue heron stalk fish. Ospreys and bald eagles wing their way overhead en route to feed hungry youngsters.

What got the twins super excited was booking a trip on Zelda’s River Adventures. As we snaked along and the kids scouted for eagles, Zelda wove in fascinating stories about what it was like back in the 1800-1900’s. The biggest thrill for Lucy and Ellie? Fishing and steering the boat!”

The early morning light is perfect, the river is a mirror, and I am in the prettiest spot in New Brunswick. I can't get enough shots. I crawl along the river bank, snapping photos. Then I have to go walk across the Green bridge and capture the moment up and down stream.

Excellent facility. Rafe was very accommodating to our needs. We had various levels of experience and sizes. A kayak was suited perfectly for our adventure. a good time was had by all. With all the amenities including a well pictured map of the area, tied in with local knowledge. The adventure was seamless and memorable. Thank you Rafe and Kyra for a job well done.
