Hampton is proud to present a morning of relaxation & unwinding, yoga and meditation on Saturday, August 12th, riverside at the beautiful Randall Park, 33 Randall Drive, Hampton.

A Soundbath session is like a massage for every muscle, organ and cell in your body. Allow the soothing vibrations to release the stress and tension from your body. A yoga mat, blanket or chair is recommended. Pre-registration is not required.
