Take time to relax, stretch, and recharge with a free 30-minute Qigong class hosted at the Masonic Lodge at 6 Church Street. Qigong is a gentle practice that combines movement, breathing, and mindfulness to support balance, relaxation, and overall well-being, and is suitable for all ages and experience levels.
This weekly class runs until May 13th and is supported by the Nursing Home Without Walls organization. All are welcome to attend and enjoy a calm, welcoming space focused on movement and wellness.
