New Construction – Complete for the following projects:

  • Site Work (Pages 1 & 2)
  • New House (Pages 1, 2 & 3)
  • Garage (Pages 1, 2 & 4)
  • Attached Deck (Pages 1, 2 & 5)
  • Sign (Pages 1 & 6)

Accessory Structures – Complete for the following projects:

  • Pool; Fence; Solar Panels; Retaining Wall (Pages 1 & 2)
  • Detached Deck (Pages 1, 2 & 3)
  • Shed (On-Ground/not a permanent foundation) (Pages 1, 2 & 4)

Renovations/Demolition/Establishing a Use – Complete for the following projects:

  • Renovations (Pages 1 & 2)
  • Demolition (Page 1)
  • Establishing a Use (Change of building use) (Page 1 & 3)
  • Sign (Page 1 & 4)
