Tai Chi on the Chair Classes

Visit the Upham Women’s Institute every Monday from 11AM to 11:30AM for Tai Chi on the Chair Classes. Paulette Haines will be the instructor. This class is free to residents.

Please note that there will be no classes on Thanksgiving & Remembrance Day.
